Senegalus acting crazy - Illness?

so he's doing it again... I'm starting to think it's something a little more serious. He's been eating, so it doesn't really seem like it's digestive. It honestly seems neurological... Water parameters have been steady, been keeping the tank really clean, and all other tankmates are 100% normal. Not sure what's going on. I think I'm going to place him in a QT and maybe treat for parasites. Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks... I've tried to get a video a couple times, but it's been intermittent so every time I try to video he doesn't do it. will keep trying thoughI wish I had help for you. It sucks watching a fish suffer or be 'off.'

Yeah I only dosed once, and then he was acting normally again and I resumed feeding a little after
I read somewhere that you have to do it 3-4 days twice a day. And no feeding till you think everything is clear. Try to provide a video, so everyone can chip in.
Ok finally was able to get video. He doesn't move until I put food in the tank and then he really struggles to get to it. I think he may have a broken back, or a fractured bone or something. Here's a video...
