tank size has nothing to do with feeding amount? Are you feeding the fish or the tank? Yeah you would need to replace water volume with 5 gallon changes every other day. Whats the point of running a filter on the tank? Youre replacing such a high percentage of the tank water youre probably causing more stress, another factor to growth.

No I add my water with a 1gal/ 5min drip. Temp and ph are buffered before adding. When its nears 11/2"-2" I agree with Baller it will slow down, but that's why I have a 40b.
So I guess your way is different and has pros as well, like not moving the fish into different tanks. I'm just saying when I first started this I made a thread about how low no3 and fresh water with NLS would make a stunner rhom and it is.

Hahaha Nah I've calmed down, maybe 2x per week this last month. But yes you guys expressed your opinions which wasn't what I wanted to hear and it took my sometime to accept it. And I'm glad it happened that way cuz it taught me a lot, learning someone else's perspective, even if its not the same as urs, is great and shows other ways of doing things.
