If he would have sent any more I would have had to float them in bunches, as it was it took me over half an hour to open all the bags and introduce them to their new home.
Wow that is a lot! Make sure they are all alive before any dead ones screw up the water.

That's why I dumped them all in a pile, that way it's easier to identify the ones that don't move, although I was given a took of empty shells so I'll have to go through them all. 24 hours later though and I'm seeing a ton of activity already.

I don't think there was a single DOA, these things were packaged great, and I'm pretty sure John placed a heat pack in each box. There was also about three times as many hermits as expected, blue and scarlet included. Also as a bonus was a brittle star, a ball of chaeto, and some pods to really get a boost to the refugeum. I would highly recommend ordering from them again and would do so myself in a heartbeat. John was great to deal with and kept incredible communication, FYI though, don't ask to have the shipment held at the post office. Although I got free shipping for ordering a quick cleanup crew, there was an extra $24 charge for holding the box that I had to pay for. If possible just be home to meet the mailman instead.
Man that cuc would cover both by reefs and more though!! To bad my puffer likes the foods I like, crab and shrimp
