another fish even if live with hole in the head is still going to be a work, and not going to heal with out scarring and be apt to getting again if the ball is dropped even a little. I would just not buy it. reason can,nt get a small Oscar and grow it out?
Fish arrive DOA sometimes. I wasnt mad about that. But to sit there and try to sell me some BS about oscars are supposed to look like that is what set me off. I have adult oscars and not one of them has HITH. I'm not stupid.
Sister wanted some that already have some size to them. I'm attached to mine and wasnt willing to share lol
I have no doubt he knows. Hes justvtrying to get out of giving me my money back
FYI, Rainforest is not registered with the BBB despite being in business for over 30 years (since 1987). BBB has a list of registered complaints that sound similar to yours.
