Im soon getting my new 400g tank and then im going to make the order to panda. This tank will be my Aro show up tank. Is it safe to put like 4-5 aros in it when they are still small? I got info that the aro is around 10-15cm when they shipping it. Dont want 4 dead aros after a day.. I know u an keep sevarl grown asian in a tank but i was worried about how they act while they are juvenile.. Rest of the arso will be in seperat tanks one in each tank. But i wonr keep them they are for sale. Its just Asian aros im talking about

All my aro's ( except the australian jardinis ) are in aro comm's without any "big" issue arising... You should always have more than 4 together ( although I have a 4 asian aro com working marvellously )

As for putting the arrowana in 400g that should be fine, except that you may have to set up a consistent weekly or twice a month water changes of 30% depending on your filtration and feeding regime. Do tell us.

tank size will be 250x75x80 cm length,deep,high its almost 400g or 1500L i will use 2 FX5 as filtration. I know i can keep more then 4 but the problem is when they are small. We all know they can be nibling fins when they are small. And i dont want x-backs with torn fins thats for sure.. This has to look mint. I need to get good PR for asians here in sweden. So i would look kind of *** to put 4 filter material in it do devide the tank while they grow up. And yeah ill post pics when its ready or starting to build it. Will be around new year.

I got a few powerheads allready that i can use. Think they are like 2500l/h. But they dont filtrate the water as a FX5. But the fitration wont be a problem. Got a Tetratec 1200 to spare to if so
I, on the contrary, would say that 2 Fluval FX 5 is underfiltered for such a gallonage..Is a sump out of the question?
The filtraton wont be a problem i can can build my own filter if i want to. I got loads of pumps and ****, im a plumber and ive made filters before so.. The problem is can i put 5 juvenile aros in the tank without them touring each other apart..
