"normal" green severum or a bit of heros appendiculatus in him as he is quite spotted and has a total lack of the final bar that most normal sevs have?

I had the exact same question about my fish that looks exactly like yours. I really like the look without the bars/spots. Nice fish.

So many verieties of simple severums now. I wonder if they can all get along peacefully. There's even a mouthbrooder type out there now. They're Green comming from Argentina and most of their body is Red.

Green Severum

Are you talking about the original Heros Severus?

Their the only mouth brooders and where the first severum recorded.
Infact a Green Severum isn't actually a Severum but rather, a strain of Heros Appendiculatus/Efasciatus, just like most other Sevs people just call them Severums whereas they're actually of the Heros gene...

Heros from differant parts of the amazon look a bit differant but are still all heros. When the collected these fish for aquarium trade and to raise in farms they got whatever they could catch from differant areas. So many in the trade today are mixes.

That's a great looking fish.

That's not actually one of mine. Mine are pretty much exactly the same though as they're F1. The Belem are beautiful too.
