Severums in a 125 gallon

Sorry, 7" is not full grown....not even close. I have a 10" male, and from 7" to 10", there is easily twice the overall mass. Better rethink. 15 is ok if you are just trying to pair them out, otherwise that's way too much for a 125. As said before, somewhere around 6 would be plenty.

He got some of them from the fish stores in town for around 20 dollars each ... not sure where he got the others from

i got my 2 from the same store ... 19.95 for about a 3 inch one ... but they rarely get them and they go fast

fins and feathers in wichita ... they have 3 there right now ... ive also seen a couple at sea dreams ... but few and far between


btw fins and feathers just got bought and did a huge overhaul of their fish section so it looks real nice

I would get more eartheaters, they deffinately like to be in groups. Especially when around larger fish like sevs. After they pair, a single pair plus a group of 6-8 eartheaters would be maxing a 125. Satanoperca species can not handle the higher nitrate levels that the sevs can when over crowded. They are a much more delicate group of fish.
