Do you have a profile shot clearly showing a breeding tube?

The shape of the tube will give it away.

ETA: Profile looks female but it's a young fish and sometimes secondary characteristics such as profile or finnage can be misleading.

Tube looks too blunt to be a male. I would also expect a more masculine looking head at that size.
The fish looks female to me.
