I've been trying to eat primal lately (I refuse to give up dairy), and although I haven't lost weight since I was already lean, I have noticed a big change in my definition and also most of my lifts have increased. Since I do crossfit I know a lot of people who are paleo and the changes I've seen in them are amazing. It really does just seem like a better way of eating, I definitely notice a difference on the days I cheat.
