Yes,lots of us on here have and he is a vendor here.Too bad the owner has decided to close his shop though.
Not sure.I was there with a few other members a month or so ago and sales of what was left seemed to be(the New Jersey faction)going pretty good.
Just seem like the internet is killing local pet shops. I do believe they have gone out of business. Definitely no answer when calling. But my opinion is some of these pet shops kill themselves off. Because why is it that they say they can not get certain fish when you ask. But then you can order them yourself.
I would blame both,the net and the corny big box stores for the demise of lots of good shops.Sharkaquarium also ran an online business along with the store.
The store closed two weeks ago. They are still there cleaning everything out there are no fish left. Just equipment that's for sale
It totally depends on their supplier.
I can ask my lfs for A. Stalsbergi, for example, which his supplier doesn't carry. But I can order them from tuic. The petstores will also open accounts with the suppliers that offer them the best rates. And the those suppliers don't always have everything. Sure he could order them from a speciality site for me but I'll end up paying way more because the lfs has to make a profit too.
