i dont know why i'm bothering to respond to this. I hope you're just joking and being sarcastic.

you do realize at least 3 species of Thresher are endangered.....

yes. especially the Big eye thresher... but... im still going Thresher fishing. and they taste great. AND its legal to keep. so if i dont get swarmed with rats (20-80lbers) i will keep one for the table. when we get Whites, they have to be released because of Laws that protect them. they arent very common though. maybe once a year... or less.

Funny how all of you bickering over how unethical this is has lead to some one who fishes for sharks becoming interested in selling shark fin
