Shark pond?

This is a hypothetical question,you know "what if".Has anybody had experience or seen/had one of these.Im not planning on getting one anytime soon,just wondering what it would be like and the requirements too.

Building 1 myself in a L shape in a shed Will be going for a port jackson and some others small versions and some stingrays to go in it won't be as big as the one i will build in the other shed i'm planning buying them small so enough time to build the bigger one it's 60 width up to 80cm like 300cm and 180cm long and 60 cm high i know port jackson can fit in these for a while cause i bought 1 with a 35 cm wdth and 45cm high sold this shark to someone with a bigger tank cause i thought it was to small for him to move around he was able to but didn't feel right having him in a small tank being 30cm himself and the next one planning after it will be 5ft width will that be big enough or would u say 6 or 7ft or 8ft will be better ? have to buy this shed to still so will see how big it gets hehehehehe

Hmmm - for an adult Port Jackson's - I would go with a 6ft width at least. Keep in mind they are very capable of growing 4.5-5' in length - although it may take 10 years or more to reach that size. And the tank should be a least 16ft long for an adult.

Have a look for a 16ft is 480cm so 5 metre by 5 will be good
so i will be 5 metre long bij 2 metre width just to be sure or even 3 metre width just for the fun of it so i have 2 metre for a large sump next to it and a chair so i can enjoy the pond
What would u advice in high or will 60cm be high enough for them?

Naturally - if your thinking other sharks or rays sharing the pond with it - or just want to go large - then by all means do so. Your shark will thank you for it.

Yeah thinking of at least 5 metre long or 7 maybe and 2metre or 5 even width will be a metre deep at least or even deeper still planning and looking for a big enough shed for it
seeing that port jack grow like 5 cm a year so he can go for a while in the pond i'm building now it's 58 width and 86cm width thought 60 by 80cm but messured it again or buy a round pool 500cm width roundly and 90/120 deep but scared the liner they could break or other don't have problems with this?
got a year or 2 to plan and save for the next 1

added some pics of the pond got a bit futher already fisnishing it tomorrow so i can go seal it with concrete sealer and pond sealer
will open a own subject on it soon and keep taking pics

like i said before sold the port jackson cause it deserve a bigger space to move in would be like jail being in a small space when they used to the ocean
also thing off making a pool into it but parents wanne swim in there lolz
or the big koi pond will be a sharkpond to will see what future brings and my bro needs to agree as it is his house to
