i quess they did eat them especially if they are not hanging around them..were they good eggs...not fungused? she will be having some again soon..

well last night they had like a white cloud over them??? like i said this is my first batch, no clue what it was

fungus..and that is why they got rid of them.. they have to stay fresh looking... next time...

It happens.. the reason they fungus is cause Daddy devil did not do his job well enough.. he is young .. he needs some time..

The parents did not do a good job picking off dead eggs and the fungus likely spread. Either that or they were not fertilized at all. white=dead
Better luck next time, you'll see eggs every 3 weeks anyway.
