Alll the major airlines have their own freight offices/terminals. So they go to pick it up at that freight office. Which is usually near the actual passanger airport but not inside the same passanger airport that you board planes in.

Usually freight offices are in a seperate building but around the general airport whether right beside it or down the street.
Not to be rude, but you should know how to use a postage calculator. Type in all the information and it tells you. I'd calculate for an 8 pound box measuring 16x12x12. Or something along those lines.
