I've been quiet lately, but Reed Mariculture recently released their own mysis which seems very good (from people that I know who have used it; I have about a pound of PE to use before I plan on making the switch). Deano, did you get my pm the other day, it's not showing up on my "sent" list.

Sadly I knew another guy that scammed liveaquaria several times...they finally caught onto him though.

Sad that people would take advantage of a little mom'n'pop business like that. MY parents remember when they used to come out to the family farm to give our horses shots. Dr Foster and Dr Smith that is.

just a quick up date on the Yellow Ray, she looks to be gaining weight and does'nt hide in the sand as much. I hope she will eat other food besides the PE soon, hurts my wallet, the Blue Ray is doing great also

Good to hear. Wait til you get into bigger elasmos - that'll really hurt the wallet.

So...what are some good tips for acclimating? Just in case this egg comes in on my next wholesale order... :D

Acclimate an egg just like a regular shark. Drip it over slowly, watching temp/salinity/pH. If it comes in with crappy water (high ammonia), do a 50% water change on the shipping water using tank water, then drip it over the rest of the way.
