No spots does not mean the parasites have gone.

The visible Ich trophonts are the large visible stage of the Ich's lifecycle and are immune to medication. They will then drop off and then attempt to reproduce, eventually spawning hundreds or thousands of new parasites - none of which are visible to the naked eye, which will then find a new host to attach to (your fish, again), and the cycle starts over at a much more exaggerated level.

The visible parasites aren't even the real problem in the first place. Ich doesn't only attach itself to the outside of the fish. Parasites embedded in the fishes gills limit oxygen intake and they've been found inside the stomachs of disected fish which have died as a result of them.

Seeing how you don't have salt, I'd be dosing that medication as per the instructions as soon as you can to make sure you nuke as much of the parasites in free swimming stage as you can, when they're actually vulnerable to medication.

ill be buying salt tommorow. whats the difrence between aquarium salt and the non idozied salt at your local grocery store? and the problem with the quick cure is that its 4-5 years old is it still good?i cant find an exparatoion date on it and im scared to use it.

just once with a water change, do 50-75% water change and dose with salt when you get it tomorrow. only add salt if you take water out and replace it with fresh water after the initial dosing.

i just didnt see any "poor advise" what i saw was people giving ideas and suggestions none of which really struck me as poor or needed to be ridiculed or criticized in that fashion. i have nothing against you posting your method or providing the link (both of which seem very helpful which is what were all here for) i have a problem with the way you came off.
