I agree we should want our fish to grow to as big as they can-not limit them but at the same time I have not seen or heard of Odoes past 14 inches-My friend David has them in a pond-HUGE-close to 5000 gallons-and the Odoe have stayed at one foot.
Amazing about the CK-but I'll say it again not the norm! I provided my CK with more than enough room to reach 40 inches-so you can't say it is the norm-I mean if 1032 gallons isn't enough space than I don't know what is.
