The juvies are crammed into tanks like sardines in a can to reduce aggression, and the adult & sub adult breeders are kept long term in very tight quarters. In countries such as Singapore space is a premium, and this is simply the way they do things over there. You are not going to see too many FH's flying solo in 75-100 gallon tanks. Over there a 3ft tank is considered a BIG tank for a single FH.
