In cali, you need consent to record someone. She claims to have more, I can only guess her motive is money. Blackmail Sterling for more cash.

The sidepiece might find herself in some trouble sooner or later due to the recordings.I heàr that Sterling has had her pretty well set up til now with a Bentley,Lambo, and a luxury home of her own.

unless you're out in public or on your property. at least that's what I believed to be true.

she's a scumbag, of course her motive is money. tmz first came out with the news? they must have paid her

not that i'm defending sterling for what he said, but like others said, he said it in private not knowing he was being recorded

I doubt if TMZ paid her but I'm willing to bet they were the first group she thought to contact with her recordings.

really? if I was her, i'm giving tmz squat unless they write me a check. I can't see why she'd just give them a copy of a recording

It certainly is possible that payment was touched on in their initial talks...I still don't see how the wife can sue the side gal though, filing some type of charges perhaps but it seems it would have to be up to Serling himself to lodge any kind of lawsuit?

Is this what it is coming to? We have to answer a 1,000 page book on our opinions before we get a job or buy something? So, if you pick Red as your favorite color instead of blue...you can't buy something?

He may be a dirtbag...but nothing should happen. If the players don't like it...let them leave and go elsewhere.

Well, she could sue for defamation, among other things. If Sterling and his wife's assets are joined then she does have a legal right to sue, because this is obviously making an impact on his (and her) finances. It would be unorthodox that he does not join the suit, but very little in our court system is orthodox these days.

That's where I wasn't clear...how was the wife defamed?
