won't do him much good ,imo, they can, have &will strip him of all managing control, so even if he manages to retain financial interest ..he has 0 power to actually DO anything....

I understand all the above posted updates. said that yesterday.
Feldman is quoted for saying things, but he is by no means alone in saying things.
All the owners are being counseled up the wazoo regarding every facet.. & no doubt, every Association member.
I just can't help but consider all the behind the scenes discussions.
It'll be interesting.

very true ,MY point, it might be prudent to consider the source of ANY INFO.....just because it aligns with what someone might be rooting for seems to make the source"more credible" for some...

This guy gets it

you might get some blowback from the 10% crew on this.... but it rings true:popcorn:

Ah, Mark Cuban .... he's a hero around these parts.

PERSONALLY I think the owners ,while knowing that it is in their best interest to rid the league of Sterling , are afraid of being discovered for being the lecherous crew that the uber- rich usually end up being...it's hard to say no to hottie after hottie throwing themselves at you , especially when you a dried up 75 yr old creep....:) just a friendly observation

Heh, his comments here aren't why he's well liked. He was the only owner to vote against moving the Sonics. Even Paul Allen (Trailblazers), who also owns the Seahawks and lives locally, abstained. Cuban thought it was a raw deal and voted no. Hence, hero status around here. Also, shutting down that idiot Skip Bayless on ESPN's 1st and 10 was bloody brilliant.

Oh spare me. This "consider the source" repetitive excuse for blotting out any facts being discussed, when something doesn't only strengthen your argument is intellectually void of reasoning.
Before posting from an article, I google the subject & there's a long list of articles come up, many containing the same info which goes back to applicable documents. in this case, the NBA constitution & by laws. I usually try to find more concise examples.
You are beating to death that "law" or "legal" points mean zero.
What does the term "By-Laws" mean, within the NBA's own constitution?
There are always "laws"- legal standpoints which the parties are discussing. even if they are figuring out how to avoid having laws enforced on themselves.
Every NBA member now wants to boot Sterling, while also insuring that they don't meet his same fate next year.
It's funny, & pathetic too.
