Mike dantoni fired today (good riddance). Did you know he signed a 3 year contract but only completed 2? Guess that contract is voided

No, you do not need ANY reason to cut a player or coach under contract. Yes you usually have a reason but you arent required to have one. Mike brown was coach of the year in cleveland, fired mid contract.

He "resigned"...It was a 3 yr, with option for a 4th. If he wanted, he could have stayed another year, picked up is 4 mil...but what's the point when he would have as much say over the lakers as Sterling has over the clippers. It's rebuilding time for the Lakers...not much insentive for him to stay

agree with KAREEM , SHE is sleezy ..but she isn't a (FORMER) owner of an nba team...this according to my info was a desperate attempt on her part to get the sterling family to drop a 2 million $ lawsuit sterling's wife(I believe) had filed(failed blackmail)

Guys how can you say the players are different from the owners ....imo the standard should 've higher these guys actually impact children. Kidscactually look up to these guys. DOUBLE STANDARD !!!!!!!!

it is , but that unfortunatly , in the business of sports means little to nothing .. ability on the court (field) and public reaction , dictate almost EVERYTHING,just reality...being a moralist when it comes to sports is a losers battle...you can have a group of great guys that go 3-13 in the nfl or hire "players" and go 13-3 AND MAKE MONEY , and not get fired as a gm, just reality
