Should I build the fish shed?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have been keeping up with maintenance for the most part. I sometimes skip water changes, but I am trying not too. I am not an "attention sloot".

you are from a place called Tasmania...If I lived there I feel like I'd be predisposed to be mean and probably a professional MMA fighter or something...
Na, my hubby's into all that, he was really good when we got together. Me... Na, I'm scared of flying insects... And people wonder why I don't leave my house! Haha

Should you build a fish shed?
When I was a kid I did significant enough damage to my parents home with my many tanks (humidity) to slightly reduce the value of their house.
And/or to create a heavy and expensive cleanup, and work load that adds stress.
It is now decades later, and I moved to Panama about a year ago, and had to have a number of rooms my former house that held tanks, remediated for mold.
Even in that small house (a 1 bedroom bungalow), the remediation cost was upwards of $2000.00
Lots of fish tanks and humidity have far reaching effects to a home unless you have sufficient controls put into place. If you do not have those controls in place, and are not reducing humidity in the house now.
Yes, a shed is a good idea.
