I'm fairly sure snakehead are illegal anywhere warm. Including here nowThey had to take the best fish from us.
Apparently fish keeping is very expensive in Aus.
Earthworms are great instead of bloodworm

Slayer2533 Just move to the U.S. It'll be cheaper than feeding your Poly addiction in Australia.
Sounds like my knifefish. The polys should eat anything with gustoe strange reason my current bichirs would rather eat pellets than worms

We have Jardinis too; it's the Asia Aros that are illegal.Ha I wish. We do get some other awesome fish and pets over here though. But if I was able to get these polys breeding It would be good times. We get Australian arowana's here and my fish seller can get me asian arowana's silver if I wanted. Tank is not big enough for that though lol.

Only in some states. I know Florida and Georgia are two of them.We outlaw imported Asian aro because the wild population in Asia is endangered. I'm sure there are some "other" reasons too. Some we outlaw because it's invasive. Someone posted freshwater stingrays are baned? I didn't know that. I'm guessing wild population in danger?
