Should I just flush them? What would you do?

If you must kill them I would have to say put them in the freezer or slam them as hard as you can against a hard surface...gross but fast. I would not kill them. Treating the whole tank is the best idea because even if you cannot see it yet it is likely the whole thing will end up with ich...its not a guarentee but just to be on the safe side keep treating, and as long as your treating anyway you can try your luck with the loaches.

What? They aren't at all expensive at that size, and are easy to find. Petsmart even carries them!

ok. The tank is currently is currently at 88.5 the only problem is I am gonna be gone for more than 10 days.

1 cup of salt = 48 tsp. so 1 1/2 cups is just perfect for a 75 gallon that is 1 teaspoon per gallon and is really good for any fw fish...

Ok...your right. I figured they could not handle salt like some other fish but I was wrong. I have never actually owned a loach.
