I move on from unresponsive sellers
but being a seller myself I tend to ignore buyers with too many questions too...some ask only for fun

As a seller though if a guy was asking to come over would you ignore them?

if they guy is not willing to buy and view and keep pestering me... likely i will ignore after that

usually i will send latest video to buyer and nego on price..... once everything settled and buyer say ok to buy.... then i will ask them to come

i don't really entertain viewing only because video tech is so advanced now.... there should not be much difference seeing it on video and in real life

i also do not give out my address but a place near my actual address and meet them there or only give address when they reached the first meeting place

I did the same thing recently with buying a new kitchen floor. Eventually realized I would get that same bad feeling about the sale every time I looked at it so walked away; don’t need a daily reminder of that nonsense.
