GOLD FISH BELONG IN PONDS!!! i just dont under stand it. Koi/gold are breed to be viewed from the tops... not from the sides. As many koi farmer n LFS tell me. Yes i have 2 in a tank but they look like crap tell u look down on them. But here my chubby guy

I would say over half the fish people on this site keep belong in ponds, heck...a good portion belong in the wild.
I agree that koi and large commons are best in ponds but there is no reason the fancies should not be kept in glass aquaria. And guess what...I can view them from the top when I lift the lid.

what happened to them?

woke up one morning to find them and the 2 bluegills were belly up. don't know what happened.. heater didn't crack, water was perfect, very well maintained tank

Here's my little guy. He's about 1.5-2 inches. The only other fish with him are 2 feeder goldfish that are about twice his size. They arent much to look at.
