When I first looked at the pic I thought that log was a huge turtle sticking its head out of the water....The box turtles have some of the most beautiful eyes.

Lol, yeah that's a big log. I make it easy for my turtles to get towards the surface for air. All they have to do is walk up it.

Thanks and yes, they have some pretty crazy looking eyes. Especially the male.
