Interesting,and I was going to ask what the spoilers purpose was..Do you mainly race against other Mustangs or a variety of different cars?

Depends on the event. It's usually a mix of "equal" cars (based on hp and modifications allowed to break it into classes) for what I do.

For HPDE (High Performance Driving Event) there are tight rules and it's more of a wide open field of any performance car, but limited passing etc... It's a good chance to get some seat time in your own car prior to making the jump to a full cage/gutted racer. This car is great for those types of events just b/c I still run a full interior and it's a very streetable car (at this point). Still has full leather, DVD, A/C, all the pollution control etc...

NASA (National Auto Sport Association) offers the Camaro/Mustang Challenge and AI (American Iron)/AIX (American Iron Extreme). Both are wheel to wheel with a lot of action. I'm a huge fan of both. AI is American made 1960 or newer, front engine, RWD, stock (ish) body, OEM type cars (lucky for me NASA recognizes Roush as "OEM", so that gives a leg up right away) that get brake/suspension mods and safety (cage, fire systems etc...). I'm leaning towards this being a NASA AI car in the next year or two.

For now it's just a fun toy to take out to the track on the weekends to fine tune the 'driver mod'.

Next on the list is a set of 18'' S4 Audi alloys and lowering and full kitchen install, some Saab leather seats are to be fitted too.

I have the '98 Roush, '70 Mach 1 and my moddified Explorer Sport.

Here's mine-2010 VW GTI. Can't wait to get it chipped soon for an extra 50 hp. I am looking to get 300 hp out of it. Also suspension and brakes.
