Yeah, he's special to me. It took me a long time to realize he was still in the tank! Unfortunately, I had no way to separate mom and dad and everytime they would spawn, dad would go through and eat all the fry!!

Left in a rush and forgot cam downstairs :s Most of the tanks were lookin dark today, lots of new stuff. Found out the shovel noses are tiger shovelnose so not sure I can get one now, gotta check the growth rate, if it's a fast grower don't want it cramping up in the 120 before I get the bigger tanks in. Someone please tell me they're really slow growers 
They did have some freshwater snowflake "morray" eels in. In the market for an eel, wanted a fire or tiretrack but these guys are COOL looking, might get one if I can find more info on them.
Then I had to leave cuz the new guy working there was bugging me, I can't stand him, acts like a know it all that doesn't know jack and doesn't net out dead fish, don't know how he's still working there.

I don't know about the tiger shovel nose..we will have to look it up unless someone see's this and knows about them.. we have alot of LFS stores with people like that, especially if they are just there when the main person is out. I hate seeing dead or dying fish.. if it is in the same tank i wanted another fish i don't buy it.. just cannot afford to jeapordize any we have even though it goes into quarenteen..we all know it happens, spometimes just in transport..fish go through alot before they get to store..and then some stores feed so sparingly .. etc..thanks about my dobie.. my love.. and your cats are not only beautiful but had me hysterical.. i mean those are funny!!tRiP;764759; said:Left in a rush and forgot cam downstairs :s Most of the tanks were lookin dark today, lots of new stuff. Thanks I love the yawning pics, the profile shot is my favourite, looks like a vampire cat to me. Named her Abigail after the King Diamond album and the big guy is Slash, just happened to get him the day I was listening to Guns N Roses
