That is what i think it is..but the only picture i have of the gymnotus Anguillaris is in a book i have.. of all the pics in the book it points to this one to me too.. thanks !!

It turned out to be a Brachyhypopomus Brevirostris..anyone have any additonal info please post it... okay post all those babies ..it is spring now..and there must be some newbies..
