Oh not much. I didn't do much to the engine since I am not racing it.

I just have the VTEC engine that comes with the GSR. Only upgrades under the hood is a Cold Air Intake, Stainless Steel header and a Catback Exhaust.

Just kept it simple.

If yours is stock then good for you but I don't like keeping things stock on the outside.
