Not entirely true, RWD has been coming back at GM! Although many of these examples rely on platforms from GM's Australian (Holden) and German (Opel) divisions, they are RWD:

Pontiac GTO (Holden Monaro)
Cadillac Catera (Opel Omega -- sigma platform)
Cadillac CTS (same -- sigma)
Cadillac STS (only the most recent version -- sigma platform)
Pontiac Solstice

I realize that, but what I was saying is that the Impala and GN (and other G bodies) are true passenger cars that just happen to go fast. The Solstice is like a watered down corvette, and the GTO is a camaro in disguise. Ever seen the back seat? If you're over 5'6", don't even try to get back there. The Caddies are nice, but they're not feasibly a replacement to the G bodies - they've got the same formula, but they're way too expensive.

Think about it, they have an awesome platform under the Lucerne/Impala, so what do they do? Make it FWD. It's an awesome motor and a well finished car, but it's FRONT WHEEL DRIVE! That's like entering a horse race with a 3 legged horse.

I still have to take some pix of my baby ('70 El Camino), but she is on the blocks right now - fixing her boo boo's. He he, I guess I got a little rough with her. Anywho, these are two pix of my other baby - My "big-boy" toy!! What can I say -- I like 'em big, (considering I am only 5'3" - it's huge for me, the pic doesn't do it justice) LOL. I took these ones a few days ago, right now I am adding a 6" lift and some other cool goodies. I will post more when I get it done........

phuck yeah this is the poor man's ferrari a old friend of my dad's has an engine shop in weat babylon L.I N.Y (ZOOLMASTER HEAD SERVICE..) he had or still has an NSX (last seen him in 1998) so not sure if he still has it but anyhoot it was fitted with N.O.S>>>>> some thing really not often seen yet at that time and believe me it was one hell of a car , made me want one

Honestly always thought the NSX was overrated, though modified (not overly riced) ones were cool. It has potential, and I think it's a nice looking car, as opposed to most of Hondas other ugly FWD cars.

Ash, Acura is a name only used here in North America. It's a Japanese car and in Japan it's a HONDA. The Engine says it too. HONDA MOTOR CO. and No I don't see it as a downgrade using the name HONDA rather than ACURA. It's actually a greater honor to have the true HONDA name on my car.

lol I know I was just messing with you...its a nice car! down here.. (as in fl) we find it funny to make jokes between acura and honda even though they are the same like said earlyer we call the acura the "luxury honda" thats why I use ".." ... O__o plus I own a honda and I love it so of course I know its not a downgrade

Here's my car which I started to take apart 10 months ago, prepping it for a rebuild. Then I lost my job and I feel so redneckish as it sits in the driveway mocking me. Once I get back on my feet though I'll start to build it inot the car I want it to be.

yeah da mk2 is cool i dnt like da spyder myself jus coz it aint got boost!!! i've just got da engine done wid all you could do to a 4 wid all da goodies too much to list .

Getn it tuned so hope for some good power figures. btw its a gen3 turbo engine.
