Im gona have a steak at the pub tonight as we dont do Thanksgiving here, strange though, I still get kids coming round for Halloween, I keep telling them we live in Australia and its an American tradition, they still want stuff though. I give them fruit.

I wanted to try deep fried turkey and my wife was against it because she thought I may mess it up. So I had her buy two turkeys so she can cook one the traditional way while I deep fry mine.... well needless to say it got tore up...thing came out so juicy in the inside and was crispy on the outside.

I just had a full pig 3 weeks ago for the first time at a gallery opening and was surprised how good it was. Apparently the face cheeks are really good, they were gone way before the ribs or butt.
