Show Your Natives/Native Tanks

This is a coldwater tank (no longer native, a bitterling and weather loach in there). I will be adding a bunch of stuff as soon as some plants I ordered arrive...
How do a majority of you guys catch your natives? I am looking to capture a juvenile carp and am looking for tips how. Would you use minnow traps or cast nets? I know bodies of water that hold carp but have never seen or caught a juvenile
I launch myself into the upper atmosphere and use my sky-punch to stun all living things in a five mile radius. Then gathering is a cinch.
But seriously, I use hook'n'line, seine, and minnow traps. I'm currently working on specific designs to catch madtoms, I'll update if I find anything specifically effective.

Use a crayfish trap personally that's what I use and I can catch fish of all sizes
