Show Your Natives/Native Tanks

i havent ever kept one, but i know that trout in general are usually sensitive to water quality and parameters,etc. i heard that it is also pretty hard to get them off of live food.

:grinno::grinno::grinno: trout arent that hard at all to get off live
 
Rainbow trout are very agressive I would recomend a speicies only and very large tank if you get them young enuf they are very easy to keep. I live in wisconsin so I did not need a chiller and they did fine in about 75 degree water.
 
here is my chatahoochee river tank. everything in the tank came out of the river. graval, driftwood, plants,darter, spotted gars, spotted bass, shiners, spotted topminows. (exept for the feeder guppies)

oooo yea, that bass is gonna start if he hasent already eating all those minnows
