My artist has always charged me per session. We became good buddies and he usually charges me for tap out sessions meaning that if I can sit the 6-10 hrs he'll finish it and then I just go back for a free touch up here and there whenever I go back for another tattoo
All my tats have been 1 session
My sleeves were done piece by piece though not all at once

It's been a while since I've had a body tattoo done. But I don't remember my chest being that bad. Hoping I can hang three or four hours. Get my money's worth.

Hot iron fell on my hand and i pulled it off with my flesh stuck to it
Had to go back and forth to the dr so he can clean and peel off scabby skin that wasn't healing properly

I hear ya, 3rd degree burn is also what mine is from.....after awhile, it just kind goes numb - like the pain receptors are just ...burned-off

Surprisingly my hand feels the same I got lucky. Texture feels different to my real skin but I feel the same idk if that makes sense lol

no, I meant while it was happening - after the burn gets so bad, it seems like the pain just stops even though you're still smoldering away......at least that's how it was for me, it was one of the worst 3rd degree burns....burned off all the skin and then started burning the muscle tissue in my forearm; I think it cauterized some veins too because I have circulation problems in the lower part of my hand these days too....i'm just guessing though, im not a Dr. and I refused treatment. it's a ******* burn, not a damn mideval axe-wound lol sorry, I have this thing about Dr's and hospitals
