female sajica grow slowly, and dont get that big to begin with.
since sajica males significantly grow larger, and the fact that you have seen no growth in a few months, chances are it is a female.

I figured thats what you were getting at. I was hoping for a male and was thinking the illness might have something to do with its growth. Time will tell I guess and if its a female maybe that means I will have room to add something else. Thank You
Get the levimasole, metronidazole, and probably one of the antibiotics from angelsplus. I have both kanamycin and oxytetracycline, i prefer tetracycline antibiotics but since you have chiclids you may be better off with kanamycin (better at gut infections)
Your chiclids probably have capallaria nematodes. The levimasole should help.
