I use api stress coat

That won’t dechlorinate the water ur doing. With water changes. Stop dosing stress coat. I’d suggest adding some seachem safe or prime to the tank.

It would help if that’s a cause and it can be eliminated or ruled out. Still hard to say why it’s gasping.

Ok so the fish died i called the store an they said they expected a call from me they sent me a dying fish so it wasnt nothing i did they are making it right an sending me 2 new fish

Sorry for the loss. They expected a call and knew the fish was dying wow that's insane.

Atleast they’re trying to make it right.

If that is true it doesn’t matter that they are trying to make it right. Knowingly shipping sick fish is really bad. Who knows what the issue was with those fish. They could have infected his entire tank. I find it difficult to imagine any shop would admit to that and if they had I certainly wouldn’t accept any other stock from them.

U have no nitrates so ur tank doesn’t look cycled. Adding bacteria will help to seed ur media. There should be some nitrate in ur tank.
