my young gsp passed away today not from the ich but the crabs in the tank with him his ich had almost cleared all the way up and i come home from work to find him with a large gash in his side and claw marks over the whole of his body due to this the crabs are now in the tank with the larger fish. i will miss gizmo and i thank u for the help u have given me with the heath of my fish

I'd toss the scrubber, sounds like it may be contaminated with something like a cleaning agent thats getting in his water and making him sick. Continue the changes like above stated and then use something else to clean his tank. Hope he gets better. Some rosy reds may liven him up a bit.
