Anyone????
Is there anything else I can do? Should I add some table salt into the tank or give him a salt bath?

never add table salt.......... you need african cichlid salt or aquarium salt or marine salt.. never table salt and no salt bath......are you sure they are not being beat up by the tank mates.. parasites would not damage fins..

It looks like the parasite that attaches to the fish and eats all its food which would explain the caved in belly. Did you notice the start of the red spots on his 2 front side fins? I don't know the exact name of it... I am sorry, but he probably is dead. You could try quick cure? or anti parasite medication. Really sorry mate :(

No I didn't see the red spots on the two front side fins, they were on the side of the body

I'm guessing that the female got beat up but I am not sure about the male. I suppose he could of gotten beat up....I'm not totally sure.

Anyways thanks everyone for the help....the male is pretty much dead.:( The female with the damaged fins is getting better though:D

Bad news again......

Another female has a similar disease to the male....she was definitely not beaten up.
She is not as bad as the other fish and she is still upright (as opposed to being on her side) and she has a couple red blotches near her tail fin.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

Should I transfer all the fish into a spare ten gallon including the female with the injured fins?

EDIT: also not sure if this helps but she was hiding behind the filter the day before this happend

Watch out... You have a parasitic disease that is being transferred to all your fish... I would say immediately quarantine... start using anti parasite medication on all the fishes that this fish has been in contact with including this fish and quarantine any fish that also get the parasite... Good luck.. may Neptune have pitty on the fish :(

Should I transfer them all into a 10 gallon and then treat them or just should I just treat the main tank?
Also Is my filter now "contaminated"?

Thanks again for all the help:)

No transfer all sick ones to a 10 gallon tank and treat that heavily.... Then turn around and treat the main tank because chances are more fish can get this..maybe they have it and just not showing signs right now. Your filter might be contaminated, but I would start treating everything because it very likely that if you treat the fish, kill the parasite then it won't keep living in the filter. I would go ahead and clean your filter, then turn around and start treating and once you notice all the fish doing better and no diseases clean the filter again very well and you should be fine.. Good luck
