Thanks all. I start them from like 2 months ago when they are much smaller like 6-7 inches. Water change daily and feeding is mainly with hikari cichlid bio gold plus and hikari tropical foodsticks. But they are crazy for the foodsticks rather than the bio gold...

Currently they're measuring a good 10-11 inches.

As for the colouration on the finnages, you can achieve the same effect as long you got a tube of pinkish light tube above the water together with a white light tube (daylight). They will look more natural than just merely using the pinkish tube alone.

I'm using one pinkish light tube and one white light tube. It's the combination that give me the natural look.

Thank you. Basically I got to spent some time with the tanks in order to maintain them properly and also to avoid any problems which may arrive later.
