Think I'd have much problems if I introduced the SD's and the Aro around the same time? As it looks like that's what I'm going to have to do.. Just really hesitant with having an 8" Aro in with the SD's that are only about the size of a quarter.

Most places ive checked had quarter sized SD's for about 5$ and then some a tad bigger at like 1.5" and they are 9$. Doesnt make sense as they are maaaybe half an inch bigger than the ones for 5$. I talked with some LFS that could get them 3-4" but they are three times the price of the quarter sized ones, and seeing as in i want to get 8 of them that's out of the question for me. I REALLY want to purchase a Silver Arowana no later than the end of the year.. decisions decisions.
The lfs I just took mine to is going to sell them for $12 for the 5" ones.

Well, finally got some heaters installed into my tank and its sitting at 80 degrees as we speak.
Still debating if im just going to go get 8 quarter sized ones and hope in 1.5-2 months they might grow a bit when i get my Aro and everything goes well.

Don't know how I missed this! I found a lfs to order me in some 1.5"ish sized SD's which are a bit bigger than the quarter sized ones but for the same price. So it's not much of a difference, but a half inch headstart to start growing. I suspect a month and a half or so from now when I finally purchase my Silver Arowana the SD's will be a good 2" by then.
