This is defiantly a silver in your opinion? Is there any chance that this might be a blue that has been mislabled?

Yes silver, no question about it. When you say blue? Do you mean black? As Iohn stated blacks are often called blue.
That's my black bottom fin and tail are lot of blue. Not sure if you can see the blue.
