I agree on not skimping on all the accessories (tank, filtration, etc.), but I will say that there is a difference between cheap and bargain. My motoros were a definite bargain! These two were $70 & $40, respectively:

Wow,very nice rays. The tank and filtration is nothing you or i should worry about. The reason i need cheap rays is because i spent a hefty sum on a setup.Its not that i dont have the money to buy 300$ plus rays,its that i know i can get them cheaper.

mike can ship out of country and i think tfd can too... they might be better for cheap stingrays... mikes cheapest are usually 200 a pop plus shipping
