Small hardy carnivorous fish??

+1 Leopard ctenopomas are great fish but they get to be 6+ inches so it's a bit more than what you want

panchax are cool. I used to have a group of them, they are also easy to breed. my largest was a 5" female she was beefy as hell

Thnx but no killi fish
I want something that eats other fish like leopard ctenopoma,butis butis,dwarf pike cichlid stuff like that mini predators :)

Leopard ctenopoma are way to large for a ten, try a mottled ctenopoma instead. Their small like 3" and love baby guppies.
