I have many very large aquariums,the tank with the Marbles in is a 10ft x 2ft x2ft,they will at some stage soon require more width,im loath to move them whilst they are still breeding.

Judging by some of the prices I've heard lately that quality would easily be over $1K........

Thats one of the reasons for showing these pups and their parents,pretty much all marble pups look similar,the thing is when they mature some turn into so called AAAs and others turn into very nice fish,unless you can trace the parentage back ie.captive bred stock, then its always going to be a gamble.If say you pay a lot of money for a wild caught ray purely on the say so of the vendor,then it may or may not be the fish of your dreams,if its a good price and your happy thats great but if you pay an absolute fortune then you are right to demand quality!

My Aquariums are in a purpose built fish house,i can show you the fish house but not individual tanks,the place is too narrow,..i will do my best.

Dont know if anyone has or knows of anyone selling adult marbles of this quality in the UK,i would love another female to compliment my pair,my male simply cant get enough!!..hes a real pest when the female is gravid.

Hi DB,regarding the value of these rays i suppose its all down to what people value them at,in the Uk Pearls for instance fetch between £600 and £750,not all Pearls are stunning fish are they? in my opinion these AAAs should be right up there with them......at the very least!
Anyone else got any views on this subject?

I personally think that MM's of this quality are far better looking fish than pearls, i find pearls relatively boring.
I would gladly pay £750-1000 for marbles like yours. If you ever feel like selling those adults or find anymore that you dont have room for let me know asap.
My 14" male is my pride and joy.

this is my mini paradise,its hard to show the tanks like i said because its so narrow,however you will get the idea.In the pictures is a few of the other residents though i havent photographed any of the snakes(Boas)of which there are a large selection,i breed boas too,the humidity suits them perfectly.
Hope you like my little world!
