I know the tubs are cheap but...I would rather like to see my aros from the side. Puls to me if you have a big tank its just a jaw droper!

Ya I agree, friends and family freakout over my 180g,150g,and 120g tanks. Then I show them the dry 350g sitting in the garage. I can't wait until I have the 8' X 4' X 30" done in my office.:naughty: Well I guess I have to wait, cause that is a couple years away.:(

keeping in mind these suggestions will provide for your 3 arowanas for life. they obviously wont need all that much space for a few years. always better to buy now than buy later because u might risk territorial disputes or stunting the growth of your arows if you wait too long to have a larger tank.

yea ture that! well Christmas is around the bend..sorta. Hopefully I can get some $$$$ out of that...as of right now I have enough for a 180g. tank maybe a lil more. Just have to save up...looking for a 300g. :nilly: Then im going to be broke as a joke!!!!

damn...how much did you 350g cost you?? stand? cover? lights? filters???

I think if I lived somewhere warm like hawaii I would definetly need to have an Aro pond.

Have you considered building your own tank?

Just included the acrylic tank and stand, cost me 300 bucks, was not in my original plans but couldn't pass on such a deal.

oooo building ure own tank is a very risky feat if u dont know wat ure doing. i would almost never reccomend it...a lot of stuff can go wrong which will just piss you off in the future. the thing about arow ponds is the constant fear that the arows may jump out when your not home. RIP....hmmmm

Yes the pond would definetly have to be design with the aros in mind. Gets to cold here in the winter for a tropical pond so I'll never get to build one.

As far as building a tank, I'm still going back and forth on wether not to build myself or have a 8' x 4' x 30" custom made.
