Smartest fish? ... Stupidest fish?

Yep, perch seem to be the least inteligent so far (right next to irridescent sharks) I had 3 yellow and 3 silver, all dead. two jumpers, one mangled his face off by running into everything everytime something moved in the house (when he had plenty of places to hide if he was scerred) One got all beat up by fish half his size, and i cant remember the rest.

from my tank, my red devil has to be the smartest, he was hand feeding 15 minutes after i got him, i was impressed. i have only had him for about three days now, and he has already learned that when feeding time comes around, jumping for my hand is the best way to get food. my dumbest, my oscar, he was a wal mart save and i think thats why he isn't so bright. he will chase bubbles on the surface and then pop them, after it pops, he just stays there in amazement then goes after another one. he will also chase a guppy or rosie red into a corner, then at the last minute, strikes for it in the wrong direction.
