SMB - Feed cooked or raw market shrimp

Cool, same in NY. I go largemouth fishing all the time. But I never attempted to keep them alive except on the trip back to my house, I have a in car filter system.

In car filter system?? And I thought my subs were intense.

I just moved my largemouth over from live food/blood worms to tetra cichlid jumbo stickers (wal-mart & petco have them). He didn't eat anything for 7 days during the process but that is what it took. He's eating like a champ now.

my bass will only eat smelt and only if i torpedo them at his face. he has taken shrimp before but spits it out. it took 3 weeks of starvation to eat the smelt but now he is all fat and happy. he will eat a 3 in smelt and he is only about 5 in

I am thinking you mean the cichlid sticks? They are like the little tan squiqqly pieces?

I can get my bluegill to eat them, but the bass never comes to the surface to feed. They mostly float, but some sink.
