TMZ is all over this,they report that the prosecutor has opted to drop all charges due to the fact that if convicted Smollet's punishment would only result in community service.Smollet has also forfeited his ten thousand dollar bond.

The prosecutor,Kim Fox had previously recused herself from the case yet somehow is back ruling on it.Chicago PD is livid and wants Fox investigated by the Chicago attorney general.
